Overall, it is a clean simple design. Easy navigation at the top. The biggest area of that needs improvement is the home page. The banner image contains a lone logo. This area would be better utilized to feature big images of the cupcakes. The product, should be front and center. Show me cupcakes and I a likely to stop by for a visit. Also tell me if there are any specials or discounts? The home page in general needs to be more lively.

The menu page could also be improved by utilizing a gallery with images of the cupcakes instead of a list of links that open images. In terms of user experience, the list is less interesting. It also doesn’t really give the user a reason to click on the link. A gallery, on the other hand, can showcase all products and if a user wants to view a larger image then when they click on the image, a larger full-scale image appears.
