About

My passion for art and creativity began at age six. I designed my own activity books with pen and notebook paper and so began my career as a graphic designer.

I am a dynamic award-winning bilingual creative professional with 14 years of proven experience in graphic design and creative direction. My career has spanned small design firms, non-profits and presently the world of in-house design for a mid-size corporation.

My expertise includes print, broadcast, and multimedia for a wide variety of clients from arts organizations, state agencies, and other non-profits to for-profit companies in the real estate, home building and retail sectors. My leadership skills, energy, creativity and ability to adapt to any situation have been the key to my success.

My proudest accomplishment is the completion of my thesis and MFA in Graphic Design in June, 2009 from the Art Institute Miami International University of Art and Design.

I like to describe myself as a jack of all creative trades. I love graphic design but I am also dedicated to my first passion jewelry and accessory design. I recently embarked in an online venture called EarthyGirl with my sister and fellow graphic designer. Our online store features our jewelry, handbags, textile prints, home décor items and all natural sugar scrubs. I am proud to say that everything in our shop is an EarthyGirl original!
